What travelers say:

stopped in Washington PA at 6:00pm on Sunday (local college not yet in session) and very few restaurants were open. Glad we were ''forced'' to How Lee. The fried dumplings were excellent - not tiny. The Hot and Sour soup was both hot and sour. The house special Lo Mein was very tasty and the plate was heaping. While we ate in, the takeout orders were constantly flowing out the door.
